What are your opening hours?
We are open every day from 12 noon until 11pm - 12pm on Fridays and Saturdays (10.30pm on Sundays). The kitchen is usually closed on Sunday nights and Public Holidays and we only serve hot dogs on Friday Music nights.

Our kitchen is in great demand in Rye, so its always worth calling us on 01797 223248 if you want to guarantee a place to eat.

What time do you serve food?
The kitchen serves food from 12 noon until 3pm and Dinner from 6pm until 9pm (8pm on Fridays). There is no Dinner menu on Sunday nights and Bank Holidays. Outside these hours, if you are starving, let us know and we will try to come up with something.

Yes and we have also brought back the popular Sunday night performances too, with a wider-variety of live music and stand-up.

Are you the obnoxious landlord mentioned on TripAdvisor?
Sadly no. The pub has been under new friendly management since March 2012. We will shout for a small fee.

Do you do gift vouchers?
We do! Available in £5, £10 and £25 denominations, our gift vouchers are on sale behind the bar, or we can post them to you if you want to buy them over the phone.
